Gary Reed, President email: gary.reed@4sale-or-auction.com	I have been the president of REEDS COMPUTER SERVICES, LLC for more than 10 years, and my primary focus is on the day to day operation of the business, looking for new and innovative ways to grow our company, as well as leading a team of fine individuals whose sole responsibility is to perform consulting work using our state of the art Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) equipment and software. Throughout the years I have put together a team of independant contractors (a guild of CAD operators so to speak). I like to think of it as a CAD Guru Central! This has proven to be a very effective method of operation, and has provided our organization with the building blocks needed to grow our company to what it is today. Our primary CAD designs revolve around the prefabricated concrete industry where we produce blueprints for things like parking garages. Around February 1998, I decided to step out into another field of operations, the computer consulting business. We now offer a variety of computer based services including this one. Brian Reed, CIO	As the Chief Information Officer of REEDS COMPUTER SERVICES, LLC, I am responsible for the expansion and growth of our consulting efforts as well as our internet presence. I have been highly involved in targeting our market niche and we have narrowed it down to these areas: Drafting, Small Scale Consulting, and Internet Services. I have been a major contributor to the creation and maintenance of this web site, as well as a team member of some of our consulting oppurtunities. We are currently underway in our efforts to provide an up and coming web hosting service targeted at small businesses for a reasonable price. I believe we have put together a team of knowledgeable, hard working individuals that strives to satisfy the customer. We look forward to doing business with you.
Past Projects	Over the years, we have performed a multitude of CAD services for businesses across the United States. So, the next time you pass a parking garage or some other prefabricated concrete structure, think that our team may have been responsible for it's design! We have developed an open to the public training course entitled "How to Buy a Personal Computer". This class outlines the major components of a PC, leads the class through a series of requirements analysis, and leaves them with the ability to determine the minimum requirements for their purchase of a new computer system. We have performed database conversion for a local school by converting a DOS based database product into a Microsoft Access 97 database product to comply with year 2000. The school is currently assessing the need for more database activity and have targeted us as the consulting firm for the job. Their analysis of our results has been an overwhelming positive response! We started our web site with an online auction utilitzing basic web programming and have grown our site to include classifieds and an online merchant sales arena utilizing better web programming practices. This can be seen on our web site at http://www.4sale-or-auciton.com. We currently have a small following, but our efforts are paying off more each day.
Current Status	Our CAD operators are drawing feverishly producing results on a daily basis. Our Consulting and Internet services utilize software packages such as; Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, HTML, Perl, and MySQL database. We utilize the following software packages to aid in office automation, data enhancement, and productivity efficiencies for small to mid size operations: Microsoft Access programming and database construction Microsoft Excel products including extensive use of macros Microsoft Word including mail merge Microsoft Powerpoint presentations Combinations of the above products to create office solutions for every changing business needs.
